Q : Am I able to cancel my order?
A : Orders may be cancelled at the discretion of OneWorld. Standard and stocked orders may attract a 20% cancellation restocking fee.
OneWorld Collection will retain the deposit of any Bespoke order cancellations.
If orders have already been shipped cancellation may still be possible however freight charges will not be refunded.
Q : Do Showrooms stock the entire range?
A : Our Showrooms showcase our core range and best selling items, however this may vary from store to store. You can find your nearest showroom by clicking on the Retail Showrooms link on the navigation bar above.
Q : Will I be notified prior to the delivery of my order?
A : Yes, we will notify you prior to shipping your order. A tracking number will be supplied for online orders. Contact your local showroom for local delivery information.
Q : Can a change my mind after I have received my order
A : At OneWorld Collection it is important to us you love your purchase. If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase, and the item is in *original condition, we will exchange or provide a store credit.
Transportation costs associated with change of mind will be at the expense of the customer. Items outside of 14 days will be at the discretion of OneWorld Collection. Please contact our support or store team to discuss options outside of these conditions.

Q : What are your shipping costs?
A : Our shipping charges are calculated based on the volume and location of your order. Please refer to shipping information for more details.
Q : Do you offer an in store styling service?
A : We do offer this service for your convenience however this may vary between locations. Please contact us at christchurch@oneworldcollection.com for more information.
Q : Can I return goods?
A : At OneWorld Collection it is important to us you love your purchase. If you change your mind within 14 days of your purchase and the item is in *original condition, we will exchange or provide a store credit.
For your convenience, we offer a return or exchange on most of our range (excludes furniture items) across our retail showrooms. Online purchases may also be returned to showrooms as per above. Please contact the return store or the online support team to request a return or exchange, please retain your proof of purchase so our team can verify you.

Unpacked or rewrapped will attract a 20% restocking fee.

Approved refunds can only be processed to the original purchaser and via the original payment method used to place the order. Please retain proof of purchase and provide identification when requesting a refund in store.
Refunds will be processed in store immediately and within 48hrs online.
